Terms and Conditions

Shopping on Peekaboo Records works through a shopping cart. All products that can be added to the shopping cart are available immediately.

1. Scope
These Terms / Conditions apply to every order at Peekaboo Records, irrespective of whether the order is made via the Internet via “shopping cart” or by telephone. The GTCs / Terms & Conditions are accessible on the Internet under the link Terms & Conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) Orders can be placed at Peekaboo Records on the Internet (www.peekaboorecords.com) via the shopping cart. The order represents a binding offer of the customer to conclude a purchase contract.
(2) The purchase contract is usually concluded when Public Possession sends the customer an order confirmation by e-mail.
(3) Peekaboo Records may accept the customer’s offer within the order within 5 calendar days. If this does not happen (no order confirmation, no telephone contract within the period), the offer of the customer is considered rejected.
(4) No money back or refund after the order is completed.

3. Orders on the Internet (shopping cart)
Orders via www.peekaboorecords.com are processed by hand on our side so no automatic buy system or personal information holding is applied.
Step 1: The customer can add the articles he is interested in to the shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” function. With the button “Your Cart” (currently right in the navigation), the customer can view the shopping cart at any time. He sees which articles are in which quantity in the shopping cart at which price. In the “Number” column, by selecting the “Delete” function in the “Pull-down menu”, any previously selected article can be removed from the shopping cart.
Step 2: Via the button “Proceed to Checkout” the customer arrives at step 2, where he has to give his address, an e-mail address and his telephone number. It is also possible to specify a delivery address deviating from the billing address.
Step 3: The order is completed. We will contact you as soon we receive your order.

4. Prices / Postage / Shipping
There is no minimum order value at Peekaboo Records. All prices are quoted in Euro including VAT (value added tax). The price stated on completion of the order applies. Sales tax is shown separately in the invoices. Peekaboo Records sent by CTT – Portuguese Postal Offices uninsured.
Postage or shipping costs can be viewed on our Shipping section or in the CTT website for over to kg deliveries.

5. Terms of payment / retention of title
Methods of payment
a) Prepayment
The transfer must be made to the bank details provided at the time of the conclusion of the contract. Any transaction costs incurred by a transfer are borne by the customer. After receipt of the money on account below the order will be sent.

b) Payment via PayPal
The payment by PayPal takes place according to the procedure provided by PayPal. When paying via PayPal, Public Possession does not come into contact with the customer’s bank details. Further information on the data protection of Paypal can be found here .

6. Cancellation policy

Posters as well as artistic works on paper and cardboard, vinyl and CDs are excluded from revocation at Peekaboo Records.

7. Points

Card points can only be spent at the store physically

Newsletter

With the newsletter we inform you at irregular intervals about us and our offers. For the order of our newsletter we use the “Double Opt-In-Procedure”, ie we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you confirm in our notification e-mail by clicking on a link that you have our Want to receive newsletters. There is no transfer of your data to third parties. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter can unsubscribe by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the end of each newsletter.

Your personal data will only be forwarded or transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution – in particular transfer of order data to suppliers – or for billing purposes or if you have previously consented.

A transfer of your data to third parties without explicit consent for purposes such as advertising is not. All service providers are obliged to comply with the applicable data protection requirements.
