Terms and conditions

ORDER

Orders are made directly from Peekaboo Records, Rua da Misericórdia, 14, piso 1, loja 35 / 1200-273 Lisboa, Portugal Orders are being shipped once a week.

PRICES

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes are included except the costs of processing and shipping (these will be added upon completion of your order).

PAYMENT

Goods and extra costs have to be paid to Peekaboo Records before the items can be shipped out (with no exceptions possible). Payment can be made trough PayPal, Bankcontact or Visa/Mastercard. Payment is only final when we have received the funds on our bank account or PayPal. Final processing of your order will only happen when payment is received.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Please note any orders containing pre-order items won't be shipped until all items are available. If you need other items shipped faster please make a separate order. Remember that re- lease dates are at the mercy of labels, distributors, and pressing plants and will often change. We will try to keep you updated if there are delays or reschedules.

SECOND HAND RECORDS:

We take care to check and clean every record we sell second hand on our website.

The pictures and snipets of the Media are not necessarily from the item for sale, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about a used record.

SALES CONTRACT

Orders can be made through this site. If you place an order with us this constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract with Peekaboo Records. The sales contract between Peekaboo Records and the purchaser is established from the moment the order is concluded on our website and the purchaser receives confirmation.

AVAILABILITY

All goods are sold in the amounts that are available to us. Our stock is updated with every purchase. Should there be a problem on our part we will contact you as soon as possible to try and re-solve the problem. Peekaboo Records reserves the right to such errors made on our website. If the goods you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you for a refund. All orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped when all items in the order are available. Any items already available at the time of your order will be reserved until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items sooner, please order them separately. In case you change your mind and want to get a pre-order item refunded, the refund will be excluding the Paypal fee.

DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

All our records are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so they can withstand the abuse of shipment. All items from the order will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser. Peekaboo Records can not be held responsible for shipping to a wrongly/poorly provided address. Peekaboo Records is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company (in this case you will have to voice a claim with them). Items for shipment to countries outside of european community may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto Peekaboo Records.
