Soul Clap / Childhood '87 ‎– Baker Man / Caught Up

Right on the heels of Aux-Records enthusiastically received 1st release featuring very contemporary revisits of the 1950s classic >Fever< by Franco Cinelli and Club Rayo, this 2nd chapter of the Aux-Rec project travels to different eras, into different styles. And this is precisely what we had set to do: zig-zag through dance music history in search of personal favorites and classics to be revisited or refreshed. For the present release, we travel to two distinct dates: 1989 for the A-side, and 1979 for the B-side. Two tracks that are 10 years apart, but that both share a fiercely upbeat and affirmative musical profile, as well as a certain ageless, core, compositional quality.
