RAPUBLICA, originally released in 1994, was the first Portuguese Rap compilation, featuring some of the most important artists of the time. Black Company, Boss AC, Zona Dread, Funky D, Family, New Tribe and Líderes da Nova Mensagem are the artists included here. From here came Black Company’s mega hit “Nadar”, which opened the first doors to Tuga rap on the radio. This album is a milestone in the history of Hip Hop made in Portugal, available for the first time on vinyl.
