Forgive the record its title, and dive in deeply to the mix of tracks within – as there’s a whole heck of a lot here we might not have heard otherwise – served up from a great array of rare Mid-Eastern records of the 70s, plus some other bits from later years too! The vibe is maybe a bit like some of the releases on the Habibi Funk label of late, but the span is a bit wider too – as sources for sounds stretch all across North Africa, up the east coast of the Mediterranean too – tracks from disparate scenes, but all brought together in the love of a groove!
